
Flower Meditation

Please follow these instructions as best you can and putting this on tape would help you benefit the most from the meditation: Right now I would like you to take a deep breath in through your nose and release it out through your mouth. Do this three times.
Drop your shoulders and relax.
Take another deep breath now in through your nose…hold…and breath out through your mouth. Do this three times.
You are putting more oxygen into your brain by doing these breathing exercises. Opening up centers that are not usually used. If you feel a need to take one more breath, do so. Through meditation we can be in touch with our Spirit Guides/Teachers/Guardians.
You will fall into a natural Rhythm of breathing.
Prayer is the questions/the needs/the thank you’s…Meditation is the answers The things that I teach I have found work for me…you will adjust these beginning methods to what works best for you.
Flower Budding:
I would like you to imagine holding a plant pot in your laps that has a seed of a flower placed in the soil in the pot. This can be any shape and sized pot, small or large. Expand your imagination.
Now, watch the flower begin to peek through the soil…
Let it grow… Slowly
See it come up…green….leaves starting to appear
Now let a bud begin
Then a bud opens into a beautiful flower…flowers are blessings from Spirit
Look at the colors
Feel the texture
Be a part of the flower…
There are words on the petals… read them
Take your time and make the connections you are meant to make.
You are feeling very good and relaxed!
When you are ready, open your eyes. Anyone see their flower grow?
