28-Day Soul Coaching Program:

Discover Your Authentic Self. Anyone can do it! In the 28-day Soul Coaching Program. We will meet once per week for 6-weeks while you go through the daily program.

Week 1:

Days 1-7 are devoted to the element of Air and is associated with mental clearing.

Week 2:

Days 8-14 are devoted to the element of Water and is associated with emotional clearing.

Week 3:

Days 15-21 are devoted to the element of Fire and and are associated with clearing the shadow to connect with your spiritual self.

Week 4:

Days 22-28 are devoted to the element of Earth and is associated with clearing physical aspects of your life.

I can work with you as:

1. Groups: I will take groups at a time through a 28-day detoxification program. There is power in numbers. A synergy of energy occurs to create powerful transformation. An email group will be set up so you can stay in contact with each other during your 28-days and as long as you would like. $300 for full 28-day program that includes 6 meetings (meet once a week for six weeks) and yahoo e-group set.
   
   
2. Online (Groups or One-on-One): Not everyone has the time or geographical advantage to be able to attend a group program, so online Soul Coaching is perfect for these people. With online Soul Coaching you have the advantage of going through life changes while in the comfort of your own home. This can be done one-on-one or with a group. For groups online, an email group will be set up so you can stay in contact with each other during your 28-days and as long as you would like. We will meet view Teleconference or Online chat once a week for 6 weeks. $175 for full 28-day program that includes 6 meetings and yahoo e-group set-up. (Recordings or text will be saved and accessible anytime, if there are people who cannot join in on the actual weekly discussion.)
   
   
3. One-on-One: I work with clients on an individual basis.  We can go through the 28-day Soul Coaching program together either in person or online. We will meet once a week for six weeks, as you go through this program daily. Alternatively, you can sign up for a series of individual Soul Coaching sessions (such as 8 or 10 sessions) or you can come as you feel is needed. More on Soul Coaching below.
