
Candle Meditation

Again, you will do your relaxation techniques and protection practices. Now on to the visualization:
You will see a large unlit candle before you…
You may have any color candle you prefer
Now the flame appears
Look at the flame
It flickers gently
It has an aura of light around it
Look at it…it moves in different directions slowly
As if a light breeze is blowing
You feel your own ‘light', your aura all around you, gently touching you
See how you feel right now…feel from the bottom of your feet to the tops of your heads
Slow notice the inside and outside of your bodies
Let the candle dissipate from your minds. When you are ready, open your eyes.
Did everyone see their candle?
Do not be discouraged how you see or feel. We all do things in our own way. What comes to use is for us.
