A new school year brings about new energies and the hustle and bustle of kids going to school again, parents adjusting their schedules. Everyone is starting to look forward to Autumn and while still trying to enjoy the last remnants of Summer.

Reality Shifts and the Guitar Pick

Reality Shifting can be described in a few different ways depending on your perspective. I'm going to preface this and say I am not a scientist and have no drive to research science behind things. However, I do so appreciate those that take the time to do this, so that folks like me can benefit from their research! :) For me reality shifting is like manifesting. Have you ever noticed when an object has been moved or disappeared? Only to reappear again in a new spot or even the same spot you already checked! Have you ever been able to get a parking spot in the same exact spot you "requested" time and again. This is a talent for manifesting. Have you felt time speed up or slow down? Shifting reality happens whether we're paying attention to it or not. Though it seems when we pay attention to it, it happens more often (or maybe it's just our awareness expanding).

We are all energy beings. What we feel we put out to the Universe and thus the request is made and it comes back to us. What we are feeling now is putting energy into our future (and if you can wrap your mind around this: even into our past and present). There seems to be parallel Universes to this one where there are a variety of paths we can choose. If we are presented with a situation, we will then create a variety of different responses to that situation (many paths to choose). If we choose one way, we are creating, following and choosing that Universe. Our other choices will fall into the other parallel Universes playing themselves out in those separate realities. Like many forks in the road, we choose one path for one choice and that takes us in one direction. The other paths are still playing out their "movies" in a parallel Universe (another "You"). The goal here is to truly feel positive, peaceful, loving and happy in order to put *that* request out to the Universe to receive positive, peaceful, loving and happy experiences/reality shifts/manifestations. At least I assume the majority would like to feel peaceful, positive and happy. It's always your choice! Free will!

Johnny from "The Dead Zone" (if you believe the fictional show as real in this example) causes Reality Shifts every episode after he receives his visions. Having just finished watching an episode where Johnny prevents an explosion at a train station through his visions of the very near future, where he sees a possible outcome with his visions. We then see how he changes the outcome to something more positive. If this were real, you can come to a conclusion that the power of Johnny's and his partners convictions caused a change in the energy--a shift. You can also assume the possibility that all of the people at the train station even subconsciously (or their soul's) decided on having a better outcome. Coming out of the victim mode, no longer needing to feel a bad experience, therefore changed their energy to feeling an experience of a higher vibration, the happier more positive outcome. Where all those go home with the ones they love, others make new relationships with ones they just met, etc. The other not-so-great reality may live out in another parallel universe. We make choices every day to which reality we will choose to live out. Minute by minute, second by second. My goal is to keep my vibration as high as possible and in line with the highest possible positive reality I can achieve.

Raising your vibration is prudent in receiving higher more positive results. Whatever you receive to you is an EXACT match to what you put out to the Universe in vibration. It's a mirror of what you currently are vibrating at. Remember to, cleanse and clear your energies/Aura daily. Pay attention to what experiences, people and feelings you are feeling at this VERY MOMENT, because that is what you are vibrating at. If you don't like what you are seeing, CHANGE IT. FEEL GOOD! Receive positive results. I will discuss more how-to's in raising your vibration in October's newsletter: "Tickled Pick and Vibration Alignment". There are, however, some tips on raising your vibration throughout the articles section on this site. So check it out!

Over time, you may notice when you are raising your vibration higher and higher that eventually it's easy to just flow with the waves of life. That you will actually just smoothly flow through life just like waves from the ocean. There is no effort required, just being. Taking what comes happily and seeing things come more easily to you. Truly feeling free. As is explained in the way of the Tao and most recently superbly interpreted by Wayne Dyer in his latest book called "Changes your thoughts, Change your life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao".

There is a superb website that explains in wonderful detail Reality Shifting and many many other attributes: Reality Shifters by Cynthia Sue Larson. Cynthia Sue Larson explains this phenomena in detail and easy to comprehend terms! In fact, this website is also this month's Inspire Buddy Award winner! I want to give an example of Reality Shifting (or manifesting) from beyond the grave. This happened to me and is my very own validation into reality shifting, manifesting, energy on the Other Side, and the Universe as a whole:

Michael died on November 13th 1990. I was devastated. He was that unique person at school that everyone loved. He made the room smile just with his presence. Michael died just 8 days after his 16th birthday. Starting in the year 2000 I started to finally recognize signs from Michael combined with signs for 13's and didn't know what the connection was!? I was perplexed except for his Date of Death being on the 13th. Thanksgiving in 2002, a friend gave me a reading (she is very good in her mediumship). She really felt that Michael wanted me to visit his grave when I went to visit my parents in upstate New York on Thanksgiving. I definitely planned on visiting his grave anyway, but for some reason, didn't get to do it. No time. But I visited again in January 2003 (two months later). I went to Michael's gravesite at that time. I wanted to buy Michael a mini-guitar to put by his grave, but couldn't find any small enough, so I ended up buying him a purple guitar pick, one for him and an identical one for me. I pulled up to the front of the cemetery, and as you must know it snows often in upstate New York during the winter. Well, Michael's area in the cemetery was sectioned off and NOT PLOWED! But I was determined, as I missed visiting him in November (when it hadn't snowed that much yet, hence the hint from Michael to go then rather than in January). So I climbed over the barrier and trenched through the three feet of snow to his grave. Then came the REAL challenge.

Michael has a flat grave on the ground!? Though I knew his stone was between two little trees. There were THREE MORE like that around his grave. So I did what ANY SANE person would do in this situation! I started kicking and digging snow out of the way. I finally got to the THIRD one and there he was. So I dug two areas before I found his. It was important to me to see his grave with his name and the etched in guitar on his stone. Also because I had brought him a purple guitar pick (he loved his guitar) to put by his grave. I dug a little in the frozen ground, placing the guitar pick in as much as I could. Knowing it would eventually be gone, but I kind of felt like I knew he'd grab it for himself. I had a vision while I was there kneeling, almost sitting in the pile of snow behind me, of Michael coming and giving me flowers. ME! And I'm the one visiting HIS grave. teehee! :) So then I trudged through the snow back to my car.

Almost three years after I left that guitar pick in the frozen ground for Michael, I decided to visit my parents in upstate NY again and brought my son with me. This time it was spring-time. As a part of my visit I took both my son and I to visit Michael's grave. It was nice to visit his grave without trudging through the snow this time. I pulled my car right up next to where his grave is. As my son was preparing to get out I was already walking to his grave and looking down to see his name and date of death. To my complete shock, I not only saw the familiar head stone but also the purple guitar pick I left him almost three years prior!!!!!! I must add here that I did visit his grave after that initial trip and before this one. Nothing was there at those times!! The guitar pick was resting right on the head stone, as if waiting for me. It's like he held on to it for a while and then gave it to me at a time he felt I needed extra faith. I took the guitar pick with me to prove to others that I now had two instead of one guitar pick. However, I realized I didn't need to prove anything to anyone. I experienced this myself and I beleive. I brought the guitar pick back to Michael's grave and said thank you!

I still have my guitar pick and carry that pick around in my purse! Amazing! Spirit can manifest material possessions as well as signs for us. :) Michael did just that for me! :) To this day I still see signs from Michael letting me know he is still around and always there for me. :)

The Law of Attraction (article coming very soon) and the Law of Allowing are key factors to receive magic in your life! Reality shifting happens in many forms. It's a magical way of living life if you allow!! Just ask the Universe to give you more experiences and the Universe will provide. It is Universal Law.

Message from My Seven Angels

You are loved. You are right on track with where you need to be. This week, in particular, may seem chaotic or "off the wall" but know that everything is as it should be. Don't despair. Ask for help. BREATH. Take relaxation/meditation breaks throughout your day no matter how busy you are. You deserve it. No matter what is happening or how busy you are, do this. It's so easy to lose yourself in work, family, friends and tasks. But we need this connection time to stay centered and connected. Get out and enjoy the new season. Savor the flavor of Autumn! See it, taste it, hear it, touch it, feel it! I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful and awesome I felt just going for a walk today for 40 minutes! I soaked in everything I could. I saw two butterflies, a beautiful blue sky, smelled the fall air abound and walked on the earth barefoot! It feels so wonderful! Do this daily. It will ground you and rejuvenate your soul. We all need our "me" time. This will reconnect you to your soul, to your divine spark, to Source. :)

A few weeks ago, after my morning workout I rested in a variety of yoga poses and had a vision of my angel showing me the beautiful dark blue sky with stars. I saw one fall. I wondered to my Angel what that was about. They told me that this will happen, but we must keep our stars shining bright, and to not focus on those falling. Then he told me to look around and see all of the beautiful stars shining bright. He gave me a message to "stick it out" like these other sparkling stars and shine bright because we will be needed. I have been feeling that September is a HUGE month for many of us. I feel that we have come to a new level and many positive miracles are taking place in this month. Especially by the 11th. I keep hearing many things are happening in September. This could be some not-so-wonderful experiences for some, as they progress to the higher vibration. However, in the long run it will be seen as a saving grace experience. But for most light workers, it seems that NOW is the time. Things are truly occurring at light speed. Manifesting our desires has become more and more prominent as we align with our TRUE passion and purpose in life. Please do listen to your Divine Inspiration and always always always take action. The faster you take action on true positive Divine Inspiration, the faster you are in alignment with your destiny and life will flow much easier for you. Take heed to what I mentioned above and rest up, ground, center, meditate and just be.

Dear Maggie,

In Ho'oponopono you are to take 100% responsibility and clean. Doesn't asking the Angels for help totally contradict the concept of Ho'oponopono??

Answer:

Dear Anonymous,

Angels very existence is to help us. And to help us through our Ascension. All ways lead to the same, whether it's Ho'oponopono, the Tao, Buddhism or Christianity. Whatever it is that takes us to our highest vibration is what will work for us as an individual. We have Life Coaches to assist and guide us on our path. Even coaches that guide us on how to use Ho'oponopono to our benefit & the Universe's benefit (like Dr. Len or Joe Vitale). So the Angels are also here as our guides to help, assist and give to us as we need and desire. They too are cleaning as they assist and though we ask for the Angel's help, as we do that, we also clean (as stated in Ho'oponopono: for more go to my Ho'oponopono article).

When we ask for Angels assistance they are looking at our highest and best, good. They know more about our highest blue print/contract of life. They know our goals and know what is best for us in the long run. So sometimes it will see like they won't answer. Other times if they can't give us the extra assistance we desire, they will ALWAYS send us their love and support. They feel as we feel. They are evolving as we do in their services to us. That is *their* contract. Sometimes we do need an extra boost to keep us going. And the Angels as an excellent source of love and energy to assist in that. But unless extenuating circumstances exist, they cannot help us more than sending gentle guidance and love unless we ASK! We must ask and then that is our permission to allow them to enter our life in a stronger way and assist us for our highest and best, good. They are our support system, as God is our support system. Just as parents are support systems for their children. Part of our journey is to get our of our victim mode, take action in our life, follow our passion and service others to do the same in whatever it is, is our gift to the World. The Angels have come to help us! :) They love you all unconditionally. We can't go wrong with extra love in our lives. So let them in, open your heart and feel a shift of positive energy breath new life in you!

What does POI and EWOP mean? Are they acrynms?

Answer:

Dear Kevin,

POI is an acronym meaning "Peace of I". It is something that Dr. Len (of Self Identity through Ho'oponopono) uses from time to time. Here is a link directly to Dr. Len's Peace of I prayer. Enjoy! It is a way to wish you from all of the Universe, the "I", in one quick phrase in email. :) (Like saying Namastè is as well.)

EWOP, also an acronym, means "Everything Works Out Perfectly". This is Huna-based. EWOP is about faith, faith in the Universe and ultimately faith in YOU, since we are all the Universe. There is a lot of articles and websites out there about Huna, so I say go to town if you are driven to find out more! :) Huna is one of many awesome paths to follow. Premonition
A depressed housewife learns her husband was killed in a car accident the day previously, awakens the next morning to find him alive and well at home, and then awakens the next day after to a world in which he is still dead. This is an excellent movie example to show you what time reality shifting can be like and the paradox for this movie seems to be...did the reality shifting happen for a reason, a meant to be scenario (for the ending that I can't give away)?
