Yay the Warm weather is hear!! My favorite thing to do is wake up at Dawn, open the windows and breathe in the warm air during my morning meditation and energy connection. Try Sun Gazing! The Summer Solstice is June 21st! I am hearing that this is going to be a whopper filled with energy and much change. Join Children of the Sun at Noon EST on June 21st for a powerful meditation. So much is happening on that day I do not have the room to type it here. Major shifts may occur this Summer Solstice '08.

The Divine Manifestations Meditation CD is complete! This meditation will assist you in grounding, connecting and manifesting all you desire. Teachers and Energy Workers

The new energies have created a new opening where we are all ascending together and at a faster rate. This is enabling our energies to open up higher. I recommend having a dedicated spiritual practice of your choosing to honor you and the divine. You may want to even to visit a master or guru of your calling as this is a beautiful valid method of connecting with the divine and seeing most wondrous beautiful magical experiences. When around gurus and masters you are in the glow of their higher vibrations and in that glow your vibrations are then also raised higher. There are beneficial results if this is a path you are drawn to take. If you are drawn to go to see a specific Guru, Energy Worker, Teacher or Master, I say DO IT! Your soul is calling you to go wherever you are drawn. But remember (and this is important) with daily dedication, a pure heart and a loving connection you are embracing your Divine always. It is so amazing to me! Powerful transformations can and will occur!

You can still connect to the Divine in the most powerful ways with your conscious intention always. Everyone has access to this most awesome power, as we ARE the Divine and the Divine is us. No matter who you are, where you are, you can take a few minutes, sit back, breathe and intentionally feel the constant connection to All That Is.

Each learning is part of your plan prior to coming into this life. Your blueprint. A stopping point where you allow yourself to learn and be with these teachings. Where true growth manifests. A great potential can occur as you continue to follow your heart. Synchronicities will lead you to the right teacher when you are needing a certain type of teaching. As they say, "When the student is ready the teacher will appear". And circumstances might not seem exactly how we expected it to arrive and the teacher might not be what we expect. We will have many teachers in our life, that will either be in the form of a formal class or your average passerby in life. However, I am, also, speaking about those classes and learning's you are drawn to, either in spiritual, creative or craft. No matter what your age, what your circumstance, follow your true calling and the learning's you are drawn to.

Teachers and Energy workers can help you harness your power within. They provide wonderful guidance. It is also possible for them to assist you in releasing energy blocks and old past patterns. It is their passion to assist you on your path.

I find that Teachers have a valuable role in our ascension. We honor their presence in teaching us new ways, reminding us to stay aligned with our true purpose and bringing to us a higher vibration (usually) in order to uplift our frequencies. If we continue on the paths shown that we most resonate with we will most certainly benefit from these contacts with Teachers, Energy Workers, Gurus, Masters, etc. And even if going to far away lands to see Gurus and Masters is not possible right now, there are many teachers who have taught with these Gurus in order to bring their vibrations higher and bring this back to us and teach us. Each teacher has valid information to not only teach but to learn from us. I love to continue my dedicated spiritual teachings and learning's.

As I learn from another, that is my time for me. It allows and gives honor and space for my own spirits growth. It is relaxing, enriching and enlightening. Powerful transformations always occur as I go to the classes, Teachers and learnings I am most drawn to. We are always learning. So enjoy not only learning from another but then sharing with those around you what you received. We each have a valid space and experience to share, as our unique dance with the Universe. Honor yourself and follow your heart.

Message from My Seven Angels

New Glasses

Time is speeding up. The cosmic principals are aligning. The Earth is raising its frequency of vibration. The veil is thinning. You are all awakening. You are realizing your connection to the Divine. In your own perfect time but at a faster rate than ever before in these changing times.

Now is the time for your special acknowledgment to the light being that you truly are. You are noticing. You are feeling it. The stirring within. You are realizing that if you are not in a place that best suits your highest good now, it will feel downright awful. Make the changes that feel good to your soul. Your core self knows and feels what you are truly called to do. Quiet your mind and listen to your soul.

As if you are putting on a new set of glasses with a better prescription, you see things for what they are. You see the truth of all. Now is the time to stop ignoring those knowings and embrace truth. In this truth, you will not only see the negative side of things for what they are, but you will also see the positive side of things. You will enjoy life MORE as you follow your truest path. Old patterns and conditionings will fall away. Allow this change to occur and ascension happens gracefully. The blinders have been removed and you will see! You will enjoy what has always been there! You will feel the Love of Source permeating every cell of your being.

Not only are you aligning more with your Higher Self that will guide you on your path, but you are also aligning stronger with your Angels! The Angels are on Home Delivery. Call on your Angels with Intention. We answer your requests but only if you ask! We are here to assist you with ascending. Now is the time to move forward and follow through with your desires, passions and joy!

Cleansing and purifying is crucial to ascension. Call on your Angels for Blocked Energy Flow assistance. It is the difference between a rainy overcast day to a Sun-soaked, clear, beautiful day in an enchanted garden! As the energies are cleared away you move forward with ease.

Just as a bird learning to fly, you will start to fly. You may take a landing and walk for a bit. Then you will fly a bit more and walk. Then suddenly you will take flight and fly forever in higher vibrations as you ascend into the light being you always were. What brings you the most joy and passion is your guide to ascension. Follow your destiny and watch the fulfillment of not only yourself but all those around you. Ascension is catchy, sometimes subtle and sometimes very quick. Each have a unique path in ascending.

Remember, the Angels are with you and send you lots and lots of love every day!

I have a knee/hip injury and am interested about your thoughts on releasing energy blockage? With this knee/hip injury I must have a lot of baggage to purge...

Answer:

Dear Anonymous,

Injuries occur for many reasons. Sometimes it's in this life that they occur. Like if we repress our emotions, they will build up and manifest into a physical ailment or sickness. Other times we are needing to do something, make a change in our life (diet, exercise, job, relationship, or life pattern). If we ignore the thoughts for later (saying: "oh I'll do it sometime after...I suffer") then something physical will eventually manifest to either our body or our material life in order to wake us up and cause the change to happen. The intensity builds. So if we ignore the subtle requests from our higher self and guides, then we will get stronger inclinations to move or change. And if we ignore those, they get stronger and stronger until it manifests into something physical.

Sometimes it is also a past life issue that remains in our cells and comes up in this life for release. In your case I am feeling it's part due to your life now and a lot due to a past life trauma. I received a vision of black ick exploding out of your knee symbolizing much needed release of a very old ingrained blockage. I then received a vision of a past life attached to this blockages. In this past life I saw where you received the injury for the first time. It was a flash. You were on a ship and had just gotten shot in the knee and fell to the wooden floor of the ship. You were in that older dress they used to wear. There must have been some sort of squabble or battle. This was a significant injury that I feel took your life (in that life). You just never know when something will come up that a person needs to hear in order to release blockages.

The other note about past lives. It's aupicious that each past life that we remember (or come to through past life regression or a reading) are coming to us at the very time in our lives when we are needing to release those energy blockages and are ready to release them. So there could be more to release but they come out when the time is divine.

Have you watched the move "Next" (with Nicolas Cage)? It's really a fascinating concept that is brought up throughout the movie. The notion of multi-verses. The choices we make leading us down a chain of parallel possibilities and in every moment we choose a path, and in the next another path that leads to another path and there is another energy part of us living the other options out (so the theory goes). The more "conscious" self (of the many selves) is where we are now, in every moment. This brings up the other theory that goes beyond past lives. That past lives are actually all happening to us right now at the very same time we live this life. That was hard to wrap my 3D brain around, but neat to think about. If the idea of multi-verses intrigues you, you will also be very intrigued with another website I've loved for years www.realityshifters.com. Cynthia is amazing and down to earth, well educated and very intuitive. Good stuff! :)

An Energy session, even a Shaktipat for those that are ready are great for assisting in releasing blockages. (A great analogy I read somewhere is that a Shaktipat is like one battery charging another from a higher being/master.) I also am getting very into breathing techniques that are most powerful. Just becoming aware of breath is powerful. Rebirthing (which is transformational breath) is something I plan to try sometime. Conscious Breathing, Also, movement is a beautiful way to release blockages. From yoga to dance or walking, movement hold tremendous benefits. In combination these are all a great path to work with in balanced ways that work for you. Energy Work, Shaktipat or whatever path you are most drawn to in every given moment is the path that the Divine is leading you towards for growth and energy blockage release in raising your vibrations through this Ascension process.
