February '09 and June '09 prove to be pivotal energy shifting months. I've received confirmation from other strong energy workers and we are in agreement. It feels to be an upliftment of energy in February and June. This month will bring a lot of pivotal changes for many of us. The best advice I can give is to stop resisting and surrender. Allow the changes to shift your awareness to an even higher vibration. As you do this you move into a beautiful new space that is much more in alignment with who you are today. There is no turning back now. We are here and we are moving forward with awakening during these ascension times. If you resist it makes it much more difficult and the changes are harder to go through. Surrender and ease into a wonderful new beginning.

Remember Your Heart
(excerpt from the book Divine Embrace by Maggie Anderson)

Your heart truly does hold all the answers and all-encompassing peace. Whenever I take even a tiny moment to remember and focus on my heart, peace floods my system. It's pretty amazing actually.

For instance, the Universe had been sending me messages recently to stop looking outside myself for answers. But I don’t always take the hint unless it’s a pretty blunt hint. So I scheduled myself a reading with a highly recommended trance channeler. And on three failed attempts I had to wake up and listen. The Universe stopped the first attempt at a reading due to a client’s (of this reader) Husband being near death. The second time I was able to get through but the connection on the phone was static-y. So we rescheduled to give her time to talk to the phone company. I waited to see if the Universe would intervene a third time and it did. This wonderful reader had to go tend to another client and their passing or their loved ones passing (again). So that was two out of the three reasons that had to do with a clients death. Intriguing. So I canceled the reading because I made a deal with the Universe that it would take three times if I were to take action. They did as I asked and I canceled to honor that agreement. I took the message. I need not go outside myself for answers anymore. Although I know that is has been very beneficial in my past and will be for many others to receive guidance outside of yourself. This guidance is priceless. Not only that the guidance finally leads you back to yourself to find the truth. My heart does hold all the answers, as well as peace. Peace can flood your system anytime you take the extra moment to focus on your heart.

Just look within. Think of your heart. Feel your heart; your energetic heart, not your physical heart. As was taught to me, you may even see a pink glowing star there. This is the center of your heart. All the answers you could ever ask are here. Look within. The Divine within you resides here. As I tap into my heart I feel it in my third eye, my crown and my whole being. I truly feel centered and at peace here no matter what circumstances are going on around me. Unconditional love pours through me as I remember my heart.

You can tap into the Divine Source energy here and heal the self as well as those around you. If you experience a painful situation, breathe and look in your heart. Peace is all that is emulated from your center. And peace breathes out into your whole being when you do this. Breathe…. Release... Can you feel it?

No matter what is going on around you, you can be the peace you wish to see in the world. It’s not what you see that is going on around you that matters. It’s what you feel on the inside. So feel the inner peace that is always there. Remember that there is that place within you that always remains untouched no matter what happens to you in your life. You can feel that peace in any situation. Focus and allow the peace to emulate through you and to the world.

Message from the Angels and Me

Moment

Every moment holds the opportunity for an opening or awakening. Every moment holds the opportunity for love and feeling this Energy that is ALWAYS there. Every moment no matter the good or the not-so-good moments holds the offering from the Universe for you to focus on that moment in observation or witness state and surrender while allowing the Universe to come fully into you, or rather through you completely.

As you start to ascend you start to notice that you are affecting other people. We are all connected through energy. So this is not unusual. It's been happening naturally without our knowing for quite some time and once you awaken you become aware of this phenomenon. If your vibrations are higher than another, just by being around you it will start to affect the other. Remember the stronger vibration wins every time. So as you stay in your peace and bliss you are in that higher state. When you coexist with another that has a lower vibration their frequency starts to shift, either dramatically or very subtle. You may notice their "stuff" or karma coming up and in their face. As this happens there is no need to help, but you can be a shoulder if you so choose. This is a good thing for them to face their issues that are mirrored to them.

You must also remember that because of your higher vibration it is possible that you can become to entertained with another emotionally. And if you do that you will take on their lessons and karma as a way of assisting in transmuting their issues. You don't necessarily want to do that. It is up to you and your path. However, to remain in your power and always in your bliss, it is helpful to keep a neutral stance on the outcome of another. If you do this are able to be there with the person but not in *their* stuff. Again, if this is a part of your path to be in someone else's "stuff", it might just be your karma after all to also assist in transmuting. You can step aside and allow the Divine to transmute another’s karma and just be the flowing channel of energy opening for that occurrence. Simply be the witness to Divine Love.

Transmuting Karma is usually something you will see Masters or Guru's do for their disciples. They are at a high level to take on such karma for transmutation. Even then, they will sometimes overdo it and take on physical symptoms that transmute the karma in a different way. It is a path for each of us to learn, discern and find on our own.

Remember, the Angels are with you and send you lots and lots of love every day!

by Denise Linn
A truly superb REAL autobiography. I bought this book when it had its original title: "How my Death Saved my Life". The title drew me in. Denise Linn has a knack for being REAL and completely compassionate. She wears her heart on her sleeve. It's in this book that you might ask why. Because she shares a life of hardship that not many of us would think we could survive. But it is through those hardships that she found her inner peace. She found compassion and love for others as she forgave even the most unforgivable crimes done to her. She is a saint in the most truest form. Her energy beams off the pages. The stories she shares seem almost unreal and yet so beautiful in their lessons. You can learn as if sitting right in front of Denise by simply reading this book and coming to a place of forgiveness within yourself. The biography of Denise Linn and her lovingly candid, comical writing manner is a refreshing breath of fresh air.

I was lucky enough to watch this online a few weeks ago. It's essense is to show you how engrained the mass consciousness really is and to release the ego.
