Oh this Mercury Retrograde/Solar Eclipse stuff all happening at once is amazing isn't it! Mercury is Retrograde most of this month and the Solar Eclipse happened February 7th. What most may notice are dreams of past issues even in "present or future tense" but past none-the-less. Like possible multiple outcomes that never happened or won't. The Multiverse. Kind of a past release. As I'm told the Solar Eclipse (Sun representing future) is bringing up past issues and the Retrograde is really assisting with letting it go. I'm also noticing this a lot in our children. Children are so sensitive to the energies around us. Tempers flying and issues at school. Just try to rise above and see the experience for what and why it is, learn from it and know this is only temporary and might even be over by the time this newsletter is received. But this is still great to know and help you work through it in the aftermath. February 14th seem to bring in opressive energy. Just make an extra conscious effort to stay in alignment with your happiness and joy and roll with it. It's already moving into an awesome new direction!

We will get through it with flying colors. Know all is in perfect order. This is happening for a great reason! Old things or situations you thought you were all done with may be arising in these couple of weeks. Know it is another layer of this experience coming up in order for you to release and shed once and for all. See it for the experience it is, rise above and live in your joy! The more released now the more of the good we will experience in the very near coming months and years to come!!! :)

Finding out the actual answer to if the Groundhog saw his shadow was trying! I found this website: http://www.kidsturncentral.com/holidays/ghday.htm This site states that the groundhog in Pennsylvania did see his shadow so there are 6 more weeks of winter. However, there is ANOTHER groundhog in Canada that did not and that forecasts an early spring. Maybe we can decide for ourselves and manifest! :)

I Choose ME!

Would you like to find your Soul Mate? Your one true love? Twin Flame? Whatever name you go by, it still boils down to first being your true self. Love yourself FIRST! Sounds simple, yet we humans tend to get it all mixed up and complicated. I was right there with a lot of people who had this same feeling. That maybe I will feel complete if I had my soul mate by my side. Someone to share everything with and someone that loves me and shares everything with me as well. Don't get me wrong, this is actually a great thing to desire. However, in combination with this desire we must be sure we are going along our merry little way following our very own passions and joys. Find your soul mate? Sure! Do something YOU love and as you go along your way you will naturally attract that person to you.

I used to have my desires in the wrong order. I thought number one: Find Soul Mate, number two: Be Happy. In my evolvement I've learned that it's 100% the other way around!! BE HAPPY FIRST! Then you will attract all you desire and more. What had to happen for me was I had to start turning down the first person who showed interest. I had to find and follow my joy's and passions first and foremost. (And still do!) I started doing things I enjoyed more and more and really enjoy spending time with MYSELF. I love my alone time!! I would read, go out to restaurants that I enjoyed, take out, whatever! Outside of loving spending time with my son I enjoyed reading and going to the beach at night by myself, meditating, reiki, teaching metaphysical classes. I found out that I really love ME! I love what I love, I love who I became and I still love who I am becoming. I forgave myself for many things I continuously guilted over for many years. I found out that in loving myself, I loved the world! I enjoy JOY!

Remember you do not have to first give to others and then to yourself. That's backwards. You must first be in balance with giving to yourself. There must be balance in giving and receiving. If you are giving too much of yourself to others, you do not have time to give to yourself. Suddenly your life will not only be NOT what you want, but you will notice depression kicking in, health problems, negative experiences continuously creeping in. But you can change that and you can do it right now. You can make that decision to follow YOUR true soul's path. Your destiny is to be happy now for yourself and show others how it's done. They will learn by your example. We all deserve to be happy now, not later. We only have right now.

We're not meant to suffer until we meet that special someone. Or to suffer until we get that perfect job. We're meant to live the life we have now and enjoy it, while creating the best out of what more we desire to enjoy. To follow our excitement and passion!! Only then do we let go enough for things to just easily flow into our lives, like that special someone.

Do what YOU love and enjoy now. If that is, first, by starting small. Do that. Sign yourself up for that sewing class, yoga class or night out with your friends that you've been holding off on. Just GO FOR IT. Change your routine and do something you love. Give yourself a new affirmation today: "I am willing to change." Say it daily or many times a day! Change is ever constant, so enjoy it!

If you are already with your Soul Mate. That's awesome! Remember to always be true to you no matter what. Whether you are with your soul mate or not. Always follow your true path. Sometimes it will take you and you soul mate apart and sometimes you grow together. Sometimes the relationship ends sooner than you think, but it doesn't mean that it wasn't meant to be for that time you had with them. There will be gem's you will always take with you from the relationship. You two grew together, even if it took you apart from each other. But always following your true self is prudent. If you are meant to be together for the long haul then you should have no issues being and feeling true to yourself always. If you can't do this, communicate with each other truthfully. See if there is common ground. If there is not, you two can be happy and content with yourselves knowing it is time to depart and start a new journey elsewhere. But know even if that happens, you will always be happy as long as you follow your inner joy.

Listen to your heart. Honor your desires. Your inner being pulls you to the thing that drives you most. Whatever feels exciting truly IS the path for you. Your soul will give you a "yes" or a "no" feeling towards what you love most. And a lovely woman just told me a few days ago: "If it's not a HELL YES, then it's a Hell no!" If you don’t feel it to the core of your being, then don't do it. But if every fiber of your being is screaming with excitement, joy and love I'd say it's safe to say you can run in that wonderful direction!

• Let people see the REAL you! For if you are not truthful with yourself and others then you are hiding something and it will eventually reveal itself. Be true and open.
• Life is a mirror. All that is around you is a reflection of what you are thinking, being and vibrating at. We receive a matching frequency of what we are in vibrational alignment with. So send out those vibes of LOVE for yourself and others. See the wonderful beauty in YOU and reflect that goodness to everything you come in contact with.
• Manifest the partner you desire! Make a list of all the things you'd love to enjoy in your perfect mate. Then sit back and visualize this love. You can visualize away! See yourself happy, content, filled with love and compassion for your partner and that person for you! Visualize feeling the highest love. Visualize good times, vacations, family, etc. Enjoy it! Truly FEEL these emotions. In our emotions is the magic to bring miracles. Feel positive love and bring it to you.
• Yes, you should still live in the moment and follow your inner joys NOW! Living in the now and putting desires out for the future are definitely okay as long as you aren't dwelling or falling into self-pity if it doesn't happen in the time you'd prefer.
• Make these manifesting moments your happy moments a few minutes a day.
• Then let go and let God as they say! Just let it go and know the Universe is working out the magickal kinks and delivering your package at just the right time.

Your very asking tells you it's in the works. So manifest away! We attract that which we align with. So align with feeling LOVE in every moment. Align with true positive uplifting energy and it comes to you easily. You desire the perfect love, so feel it NOW for yourself and those around you. Put out there for that matching vibration to come back as you FEEL it and it will be so in the right time for the highest and best, good! :)

Suddenly, one day while enjoying life my soul mate came to me. All while I wasn't even looking. I knew the moment I met him we'd be married. All because he and I had followed our truest paths, grew into ourselves first and were then and now in vibrational alignment with each other to have an awesome life we manifest together!

Start with yourself! Do what I did. Know you deserve complete happiness, love and joy! I chose me and I still choose me!

Hear Your Soul's Call

Your soul is calling but many are misinterpreting it and running to distraction. Whether it's to the refrigerator to fill up your belly, or to the Television, or the store to buy one more thing, or having meaningless conversation/gossip. Any distraction your ego can think up will be immediate reactions. But you're not hungry. You don't need that extra item from the store. Will you remember that show you watched on TV tomorrow? Talking about others is a mirror on yourself. All of these distractions are taking you away from what you truly desire most, what you are really hungry for. Your Soul is hungry for Love, Compassion, Acceptance and Purpose.

Follow your Soul's call. Stop before your next distraction. Take three deep breaths. Then ask yourself, are you really hungry? Ask yourself do you really need that item you were about to go buy? Do you really want to hear or talk nasty about your Soul Siblings? (Who are just growing with their own fears and doubts and wants and desires, just as you, only in their own way.) Do you really want to distract yourself from your Soul's Calling. It's calling to you now. When the answer to these questions are honestly and truthfully answered by your inner self, you can then ask a new question. What does my Soul desire? Immediately thoughts and feelings and happy ideas will FLOW to you! LISTEN! Hear the call.

Passion, Joy and Love are common feelings for you to feel in EVERY moment now. And these are the feelings that will come up when you hear your Souls' desires. What feels exciting truly is your next step. If there are many things, choose the most exciting. The one that feels the most passion, joy and love! That is your next adventure. There is no need to go back to the old ego ways of stifling down your Soul's call with distractions. Now you can tell your ego enough is enough and hear your inner Souls' truth.

Follow your heart and enjoy hearing your Souls' call in every moment! Remember, the Angels are with you and send you lots and lots of love every day!

How do I know if I'm ready to receive my next Reiki attunement?

Answer:

Dear Anonymous,

A great question! Different Energy Healing modalities may have separate policies. In Reiki the requirement is to at least cleanse for 21 days after your Reiki attunement. (There are 3 levels to Usui Reiki.) Some people may wait 2 years or 2 months to receive their next attunement. For me, I received my Reiki I and waited two years until my Reiki II. Then received my Reiki Master/Teacher six months after that. We all evolve in different levels and times. Our Soul knows at the core.

With Reiki the energy flows easier or "stronger" after each attunement as it opens you up that much more through your crown chakra. There are other healing modalities that open other chakras. And then there is the power of know we all have this ability even before any attunements take place. The Power of Prayer is real. So we can simply instruct those who do no have Reiki in their background to know they can do it too. To just have a positive intention (or prayer) and shine white light on themselves or what they are healing. Amazing things happens!! :)

Reiki is one of many options out there that you may be drawn to. If you feel that this is your next step. GO FOR IT! If all bells in your say it's time to move forward with this or something else entirely, then it's time. Only you can decide for sure. We make choices in every moment. Choose only what feels good and right to you.

Some ideas going for the next attunement. Definitely start with yourself. Questions you can ask yourself. Feel the answers from your heart:

1. Ask yourself with all truth what you hope to receive by having the next Reiki attunement? (If you are doing this to benefit a business, obviously if it's strictly a money thing then you wouldn't receive the benefits that you really can if your goals were elsewhere. As long as intentions are pure, then the results are just as pure. A matching vibration.)

2. Does giving Reiki to others drive your passions sky high?

3. Does it feel so good at your inner core to assist others in raising their own awareness, vibrations and healing by aiding in their healing with Reiki?

4. Do you know that when you are healing another that they, too, must be open and are aiding in their very own healing, that it's 50/50?

5. Do you know that where attention flows energy goes?

6. Do you feel passion-filled that helping others is your service to the planet and Reiki is a strong piece to that puzzle for you?

7. Do you know that we must first help ourselves grow and be in our TRUE soul's path/integrity/passion/joy in order to even think of helping another on their path?

8. Do you know that the intention is only to help for the highest and best, good? And if it is not, then your attention/energy must flow elsewhere?

9. Do you know that we are all just sharing our inner spark with each other and this is your way?

10. Do you know that you don't necessarily ever need to have a business in order to receive and feel drawn to receive a Reiki attunement? You can use Reiki on yourself. Or it may aid you in further developments that take you elsewhere, but Reiki will always be with you. It is a stepping stone in Ascension. You may not even know why you are drawn to Reiki now or you may never know the seeds it plants in your evolvement. And that is also a divine path to follow.

These questions are wonderful jumping off points to ask yourself. Just know that as long as you are following your truest joys and what excites you that you are on your very own divine path. YOUR destiny. All is well!

A pivotal book for me in my spiritual development. It was a strong confirmation to me that I was and am on the right path. There are so many goodies in this book that help you develop your goals through healing and understanding. Doreen is a wonderful Angel expert who explains what it means to be a lightworker. Knowing that if you are drawn to read the book your are most assuredly a lightworker and well on your way to service the masses in your very own unique way. Favorite Spiritual Movie of the Month:

Next
Love it! I was finally able to watch this movie a few weeks ago. It's story is amazing about a psychic who can see 2 minutes into the future. What is amazing is that it really gives us the visual (if that's even possible) of the multi-verse universe we truly exist in. Parallel universe's at our reach in every moment if we so desire! We are choosing our reality in every second! This is an awesome movie I highly recommend.
