Happy Holidays to everyone! :) I love Christmas time. The extra happiness and good naturedness is contagious. The decorations, I wish I could see all year long. The light feathering of snow that happens upon some of us is so cleansing and simply beautiful and unique every time.

I enjoy sending out this monthly newsletter! It's been a year and a half now and still going strong. Each newsletter holds something new and different. It comes to me however it is meant to flow to each and everyone of you who read it. There are now over 200 subscribers and I am so grateful to all those who enjoy reading the newsletter and also truly gain something from it. As my unique expression and contributation, it is my wish that each of you gain something, if only a reminder of our unique happy place in this Universe. Since as the saying goes we are all as unique and beautiful as snow flakes.

Separation and Death

I came to the realization today that I haven't been able to separate. Not on everything, but on some things. I feel this will happen in steps or levels for me. I stopped and said, "huh. I haven't been able to separate." By this I mean, as an example, someone was talking about music and their favorite musician (Jimi hendrix) and how they feel he's reached a truth. They feel when they hear his music, they are hearing truth. I, too, resonate with that unity. As certain music reaches a new depth to the inner knowing that exists within us all. With certain music you can just listen and seemingly ascend from the sound, the vibrations and the beautiful grace that resides within it. Certain music can take you higher.

However, I realized with that statement that all music is speaking a truth. All music, at any level, is speaking someone's truth and a truth to each level we are on. We each resonate with music that speaks to our truth when we are at certain levels.

My epiphany was that I couldn't separate her comment to just Jimi Hendrix or any other musician. I was unable to separate the idea of truth in Music and *many* things (not just music). Apparently, my thought process has been doing this "non-separation" with many little or big things that happen in my life. And I realized that this is part of what we strive for in enlightenment. To not view each of us or our truths as separate, but as One. Each is true. All is true. We are *not* separate beings. We are One. When we die, we move further into the collective consciousness. We ascend into a higher energy form. We move closer to merging as one. Since we truly ARE all one and created by Source (aka Us).

Recently the company I work for has gone through some layoffs and there is one more round to come at the first of the year. There are many who are wondering if their job will be the next one to be cut. We had a meeting to help some of us left in the aftermath to cope with the wonderful people leaving the company. What was said was that the hope was that most of the deeper cuts would be felt *now* so that we could get back to business faster and smoother without delay rather than later. The hope was that people would not be in stress-mode for a longer period of time, knowing that the heavy cuts have happened. However, that didn't really help as we still know there are more yet to come, even if smaller cuts. So people are still in upheaval and distress. What was said was that this is not desired. To feel uncomfortable and stressed, yet still have to meet tough deadlines and a heavier workload for most.

However, I disagree. I look at this from a soul level. I feel that, overall, in the end, it's the true level that these things are occurring. At the soul level, we know that these changes happen for a reason. It is all divine. We know that those leaving are posing a dual role. They are leaving to find a place in the world that fits them better and they are also assisting those of us left behind to process this new change in many underlying levels. This could be the catalyst for change that most of those in this experience needed. Those leaving might not have moved forward or evolved if not for this "push". We know that at the soul level for those of us left to wonder, it is so beautifully designed! These people are left with the miracle of wondering: What if? What if it's me? What if I go? Where will I go? What will I do?

And hopefully they are asking smart processing questions like: Do I really want to stay anyway? What would I do, if I could do something I truly enjoyed? What would that be? And then imagine to the fullest extent what that is. (Assuming it is different from what they're doing now. If it is not, then that is perfect too because they will probably stay here or move into another like-position with new people that they are better aligned with!)

This miracle for those left behind to go through this change is a "death" of sorts. This miracle is that they get to be in the "unknown" for a while and TRULY DIVINELY open themselves up to soooo much more than what they would have thought would be possible if this hadn't occurred in their direct life. The miracle is the mystery! Out of their comfort zone. The miracle is that change is our only constant and change is beautiful. Change happens and we grow. Change and death happen, but it is our Soul that is evolving through all of these changes. It does feel uncomfortable sometimes and that is okay! It is divine!

Death is the same as Change. Death, like moving to a new job or location, is one of many changes that occur. But it, too, is only a transition into a new more aligned path for those that "die" (ascend) and those left behind. Those left behind have a hole to fill now with more changes that occur over their lifetime from these experience. Although we may be sad, frustrated, and downright pissed off, it is a part of the transition of change. Go through the symptoms and release them healthily. Try your best not to repress your emotions as you will only be delaying the inevitable and making the symptoms much bigger than they would be and therefore blow up in your face. Remember Change is our only constant. Embrace change and evolve into your true self.

All of these changes, deaths and transitions are also to allow us to eventually realize that we are all One. We are no longer separated by disillusions of ego but together in our growth through Unity and Love. We will all ascend and realize a connection. The ego tends to separate us with feelings of lack, self-esteem issues, jealousy, hate, fear, etc. When we face these issues straight on through our experiences (that mirror what inside us) we realize we are not separate. We are one. We no longer need to be jealous of our neighbor, as what they have, we have. We no longer need to be greedy or feel like we have less, as what others have we have. We can share and live in Unity and Love, knowing we will all grow together and be together as One. I hope I'm making sense here! :)

Take time to realize your true self at the Soul level. Know that all paths lead to the same and this too shall pass, only to open up to even more wonderful experiences and wonderment to flow your way. Move forward with the deeper knowing that life is your creation to make as you wish while ascending to higher levels.

Message from the Angels and Me

Imprints

It's the season for giving, rather giving of yourself. It's a time where you can most easily leave an imprint of yourself. However, there are many that still don't think they have the time or the means to leave a truly beautiful gift for their loved ones. It's not about giving of your money by finding an object to wrap up. It's about giving of your essence, your love, your imprint to your loved ones. If this were your last christmas what would you want to leave with your loved ones? And think about that special gift you received from a long passed loved one. What do you still have to remember them by? Is it a trinket or a fond memory?

Think of something you can offer those you love that shares a piece of your love for them. If you knit, blankets, hats and mittens are perfect. What's that one item that you still have lasting through adulthood from grandma, but the beautiful blanket she made by hand. It's the love that went into it that counts. That's the energy and essence you feel. If offering yourself through comic relief and entertainment is your essence, have a family show-night that offers your gifts. *That's* what people will remember of you when it's your time. What's your special offering? Do you love to cook? Share a loving batch of cookies or a home cooked meal. Do you write with ease and love to create through writing. Share a poem, story or empowered writing with your loved ones. Are you an energy practitioner (i.e. reiki)? Maybe you will offer beautiful energy healing infused candles for your loved ones. Make it mean something. Share your imprint. If all you have to give is your presence, that truly IS enough. Show up and share your love.

Remember this does not just apply to the holiday season or birthdays. This is a way of living life to the fullest. It's the memories and experiences you take with you. It's the love you gave and the love you received that you take with you. Always do what you can in being true to the divine being you are by providing yourself with love and sharing that same love for those around you. Share who you are in your work, in your family life, and in your unique offerings to the world. If you are not where you desire to be, start now and get there. It's never too late to be who you truly are. But enjoy the ride while you get there by leaving your imprints wherever you go.

Remember, the Angels are with you and send you lots and lots of love every day!

QUESTION

It seems as if my toddler is scared to sleep in her room now and I'm hearing weird noises in the house and I feel uncomfortable in my daughters room now. Could i have a mean ghost?

Dear Sara,

Since children are close to the veil and have not been conditioned yet from societies criticism and non-belief, they more easily can see, hear and feel ghosts, spirits, angels and many other levels of the higher dimensions that we may not be able to.

You do not necessarily have a mean ghost simply because your child does not want to sleep in there and you hear weird noises. Since your child is more open, ghosts will know this and want to communicate to and through her. Ghosts will try to make themselves known and when they are around you can get a feeling of being watched, but again they are not necessarily mean.

Ghosts will tend to keep the personality they had when they left this world. So they will be nice and good natured if they were in life. Or they will be mean and malicious if they where in life. Even the nice ghosts can have an impatient streak (just as in life), so you can feel that as in feeling that from a person in the living. Being impatient does not make you mean or evil. So that's always a nice tid bit to keep in mind if you feel that from a ghost.

Ghosts tend to linger where they died or where or who they feel closest to. There are many reasons why a ghost may remain earthbound. Go to my full article about this here. If they are not attached to a place or person they may seek solace in those they feel can help them cross over. A child is so close to the veil that ghosts will intuitively feel this and may want assistance crossing over. This could be one option that is occurring in your home now.

Another option that could be happening in your home is by way of the Law of Attraction and our Vibrations. We attract that which we resonate with. Which means we are attracted to the place we vibrate with. Our bodies are frequencies of energy aka vibration. If we are feeling happy, we attract happy people and experiences. If we are feeling down we attract negative and down people or experiences to keep that feeling going. Depending on how we are vibrating we will attract a "like" ghost that vibrates in tune with at least part of something within us. Ghosts in homes tend to usually have a message for the owner of the home and/or could even be a past life of the same owner. This owner of this space will need to receive the message from the ghost, that life, integrate it the learning's, cleanse themselves, cross the ghost(s) over and transform from the experiences.

The energy feel around you can be a ghost, spirit friend (that has crossed over), Angel or imprint. To find out the difference between ghosts and spirits, go here. We must also remember that sometimes it is not a ghost that has lingered but the "imprint" of their energy and the experience that happened in that place. Although I do not think this is the case in your situation because this seems to be a new energy you are feeling. (Although it's quite possible this energy always was there prior to you living there, but just now decided to make itself known or you are just not becoming more aware of those across the veil.) I just want all those reading to be aware of imprints as a possible cause for the energy you will feel in certain places. Imprints are just that, a left over piece of energy that has been left behind on the land. Even imprints hold messages for those left here to receive, integrate and learn from.

If you are not practiced with communicating with Ghosts my suggestion is to get someone in there that can help you cross the ghost over. There is no need to prove the ghost is there by only calling in ghost "hunters" or "chasers". This will usually chase away remnants of the ghost while they are there anyway. And they will come back once they leave. You can just call in an intuitive, medium or someone that specializes in helping the crossing over ghosts. If the ghost is willing (which most times they are) you will not have an issue afterwards.

This does not include if your child is meant to have such abilities as a part of their life experience. If so, they will always attract ghosts in order for assisting them in crossing over. If this is not their path in life, they may still continue to be aware of their presence at times but are able to still go through their daily life.

You then want to know how you can help naturally assist your child in continuing to keep their abilities open and growing in them in a balanced way. Please see an article I have written here.

My preference for clearing the home and land now is a new method of Peace Messenger ways taught to me by a local source. Space clearing is receiving any messages of the land you need to hear, and of the ghosts, as well as clearing the land of negative energies, blocks and negative attachments. It also entails crossing the ghost(s) over via a bridge created and releasing the land Diva from prior programming who will then be empowered to cleanse and clear the land thereafter. This method brings peace to the land. There are many Peace Messenger Angels who come with blue light that you can call on for peace in the home. Do this now and then ask them to assist you in finding the right professional for you and your home, if you so choose.

If you cannot find a professional, you can still take steps to bring peace to your home. You can start now by meditating and trying to communicate any messages while surrounding yourself with white loving light, and ArchAngel Michael as well as the Peace Messenger Angels. See what messages seem to come to you, either visually, feelings or by thoughts. Ask the ghost(s) to cross over. Tell them their loved ones miss them and are waiting for their live. Ask ArchAngel Michael to assist you in opening the bridge of light to cross them over. Watch them go into the light. Feel lighter yourself. Ask ArchAngel Michael to assist you in closing this light now or in the timeframe he feels is best. Then simply ask ArchAngel Michael to protect you, your children and your home from further disturbances. It's quite possible this could be a new direction for you to research, study and do yourself in the future as you evolve. Possibilities are endless.

When you've successfully been able to cross the ghost over and have had your land cleared by a professional space clearer, you will then want to be sure your home is not a ghost magnet to at least live balanced lives. The best way is through intention. First fill your home with beautiful radiant white light, sparkling so bright. Do this room by room if you have time, or simply fill your entire home in one fell swoop. Then surround your home in golden light and ask that the home remain peaceful and cleared of all disturbances. Do a daily light cleansing and protection for your home and self. Simply call on ArchAngel Michael as an assistance for this and for any further issues. ArchAngel Michael is the leader of the ArchAngels and the protector Angel. He is there even before you voice the request for his presence. I always ask for ArchAngel Michael's presence and protection in my life and my children's lives every day.

Favorite Book of the Month:

Autobiography of a Yogi
by Paramahansa Yogananda
I am finally in the middle of reading this excellent book. You are taken through a wonderful journey with Paramahansa Yogananda. This book contains "introduction to the ancient science of Yoga and its time-honored tradition of meditation". I am finding the story of his life entertaining and so wonderful to see the groundedness of this awakened individual. I haven't finished it yet, but I will! :)

Favorite Spiritual Movie of the Month:

Wall-E
The adults watching this kids movie might actually notice the lesson behind the action. This great movie with hardly any words truly makes you want to get up off the couch and move. No more negative conditioning of the mind, but rather positive action towards a common beautiful goal. A goal of life and living as a community together. I highly recommend watching the simple (yet truly alive with emotion and life) robot assist a world to grow. This movie is also really great for kids! My son loves it!
